Parking is limited, though we can accommodate a tour bus for large groups.
The majority of gardens are not wheelchair accessible. There are no paved roads or walkways. Sensible, sturdy shoes are a must.

There are 2 areas with picnic tables located in the Spruce Grove near the Horse Barn and Shad Grove off of the lower Car Park, in addition to some tables and chairs on the Main House deck. Small picnics are allowed and all garbage must be carried out. No coolers, blankets, music or games permitted on the grounds.

Every Friday of the month, May - September, the gardens are open until dusk. Bring a picnic and enjoy the gardens in the soft light of the sunset. Admission is $5/members are free.
