The Ruth Bancroft Garden is a wonderful place to visit to see and learn about water-conserving plants in a beautifully landscaped 3+ acre garden. I took a educational class and learned about drought-tolerant shrubs, trees and succulents. Definately worth a trip to the Walnut Creek area to spend the day in the Garden.
