The Roosevelt Summer Home is open for viewing during the Park's open season.
A large parking area is adjacent to the Park's Visitor Center.
Many features of the Park are available to those with differing abilities. At the Visitor Center are reserved parking, accessible restrooms, and open-captioned and audio-enhanced films. A ramp provides wheelchair access to the first floor of the Roosevelt Summer Home. For visitors unable to visit the cottage's second floor, a video tour of the second floor is available i the Visitor Center's viewing area. Roosevelt Cottage and general information are available in text form Friar's Head has reserved parking, a wheelchair accessible ramp to the observation deck, and an accessible outdoor toilet. At Eagle Hill Bog are reserved parking, an accessible wooden pathway, and resting benches. The observation deck at Lower Duck Pond is also accessible. re all accessible: Visitor Center, washrooms, first floor of the Roosevelt Cottage, first floor of the Hubbard Cottage (when open), Eagle Hill Bog wooden pathway, Friar's Head Observation Deck, and Lower Duck Pond Observation Deck. The Visitor Center contains a small gift shop selling books, pins, DVDs and other Roosevelt and Park memorabilia.
The Park does not currently have a restaurant. Restaurants are available in Wilson's Beach and Lubec, Maine.
A large picnic shelter and several other picnic tables abut the Visitor Center parking area. Picnic areas are scattered throughout the Park's 2,800-acre Natural Area.
Pets are allowed, outside buildings, on a short leash. Service animals (i.e. seeing eye dogs)are permitted in the buildings. Pet owners must clean up after their pets.
Self-guiding tour handouts are available for the Eagle Hill Bog and the Friar's Head Trail.
Overnight camping is not allowed in the Park. Camp sites and RV hookups are available in Herring Cove Provincial Park, just down the road.
Family/baby changing facilities may be found in both women's and men's washrooms.
