Reviews of Penha Palace (Palacio da Pena)

I cannot say enough about how breathtaking and amazing this place is. It is not, however, for the faint of heart nor failing of strength. Worth the unnerving 2€ bus ride up, worth the 16€ ticket price, worth all the walking through the enchanting forest garden.

It does not get any better than this. I would wait until kids are aged ten and up so that they will remember it, and I would go before you get to age 60 so you can still do it, but go, go now, this year. It is wonderful.
