Parc de la Léonardsau

The park was created at the same time the chateau was built (1896-1930). Jules Buyssens and Edouard André were involved in the design. There is also an Italian baroque garden.

I left this parc with mixed feelings, on one hand you notice efforts to stop the decay and reconstruct it but on the other hand except from a few things tidied up necessary to give wedding couples the chance for some photos large parts are left in a mess. I couldn´t find much of the described japanese garden either.
