Middachten Tuinen

The gardens of Middachten were begun in the 17th-century and remodelled in the 19th-century by landscape architects C.E.A. Petzold and, later, Hugo Poortman. A restoration programme began in 1987, There is a moated house and a moated garden with a formal layout.
