Directions From the South: Due to the new Lamberhurst bypass being built the directions to Marle Place may have altered slightly coming from the south. (Hastings direction) At the A21 Forstal Farm roundabout take the A262, sign posted Horsmonden for approx 100 yards only and then take the next left turn which should be signposted Brenchley, B2162. Approx 2 miles down this road you will come to a crossroads, on a slight incline, turn left. (signpost says Marle Place) You then come to a T junction, turn left and Marle Place is approx 1 mile, on the left handside just on the apex of a sharp right hand bend. From the North: The gardens and Gallery are 35 miles from London in the county of Kent, 9.4 miles south east of Tonbridge. From the M25, (Jct 5) take the A21 signposted Hastings. Keep on the dual carriageway for approx 7/8 miles until you reach an island. (North Farm roundabout) Go straight over and continue towards Hastings for another 2/3 miles until you reach another roundabout (Kippings Cross). Take the left turn (B2160)signposted the villages of Matfield and Brenchley where white on brown tourism signs direct you to Marle Place from the village of Brenchley. (approx 1 3/4 miles from the village itself)
