La Mortella by mberry
How comes you did not write that the gardens were designed by Russell Page? His drawings for the garden are published and can be seen in the Walton's house.

(5.0/5)Allow at least 2 hours to view these beautiful gardens. There are many levels to climb up and down (so difficult for those with walking problems). There is something lovely around each corner. Pools, fountains, fish, frogs and birds. A tropical delight!

(5.0/5)I am no gardener but I loved these gardens. So unusual and interesting. Lots of varied areas to discover and a great coffee shop and no rip off prices. Def 5 star in my opinion.

(5.0/5)Great plantsmanship, mostly tropical and subtropical rare plants, unique collections (tree-ferns, cycads). Beautiful Victoria amazonica and blue tropical water lilies in ponds. Rills of water, fountains, big shading trees cool down the atmosphere. William Walton memorial.
