Reviews of Insel Mainau, Lake Constance

I have visited Mainau twice already and I hope that once again this year I will be able to take the journey there when I go and see my daughter, son in law and grandaughters, who live in the Ottobeuren.
I loved the place, the trees, the flowers, the lake and just about everything, a magical experience each visit. Thank you.

We went Insel Mainau, Lake Constance, in 2008. Good parking, many cafes, helpfull staff, beautifull scenery and fantastic gardens. Due to lack of time we could not explore the the gardens around the main residence. We would like to go again . If I remember correctly there were not many places to shelter if it rained.

Queues can be long especially if there are several coach parties in front of you.
