Group Admissions: visits welcome by appointment, preferably on a Wednesday when the gardens are closed, but visits may also be arranged to suit yourselves. For Groups of over 30 people the price is reduced to £4.50 for the Gardens only, or £10.50 to visit both the House and Garden. For Groups of under 30 it is £5.00 for the Garden and £11.00 for the House and Garden. For Groups ONLY we can arrange a delicious Lunch, a cream tea or a light Supper if required. We use only the freshest and best farmer's produce, delicious local Cheeses, ham, cream and homemade Jam. Disabled Groups: Disabled Visitors have full access to The Visitors' Centre, The Hydroponic Greenhouse, Walled Kitchen Garden, Woodland Walk, Lawns and River.

We have a documented 14 acre walk through adjoining the garden through the water meadows amongst the peaceful and unspoiled surroundings of the River Test where you will meet Tom, Dick and Harry, our new Alpacas.
