Large groups /coach parties are welcome and catered for. We very much pride ourselves on personal service at the garden. I am always there. I made the garden and am the only gardener at Henstead Exotic Garden so I think i will be able to answer most questions!!

National Garden Scheme Days
Yes, my NGS open day this year is on the 28th June 09

Parking
Yes. Depending on numbers, we have a choice of 2 car parks a short walk away. At least 3/4 cars can fit on the driveway for smaller groups

Shopping
There are always decent range of exotic planst for sale, even Palms, Bamboos and Tree Ferns foe example. I will advise you on the best exotics for your garden and needs. We also have copies, signed if you ask!! of my book of the garden and other stories called "A Global Love Affair- The Story of Henstead Exotic Garden and Other Tales" High quality book marks with 4/5 sumptuos choice pics of the garden are available Cut price copies of the recently released "Inspirational Gardens" book of World Gardens, published by the AA are also available. As well as featuring the garden alongside East Rustona nd the alahambra in Spain, my garden was chosen for the front cover

Light Refreshments
Yes, these are always available. We have help for this if a decent sized group, however it has been known for me to make and serve them whilst chatting about the garden

Special Events
Yes. Apart from the aforementioned Open days we hold Exotic Plant courses on a Saturday morning, as well as night walks, winter walks to show the amount of unprotected evergreen plants in the garden etc
