Great venue for a group visit. Coffee/cakes on arrival and then a talk in the marque so no standing around. Cheryl said I should have allowed more time and she was right. Make sure you have enough room in the coach lockers to bring all the roses back the group purchase and give them at least 2 hours to wander, smell, and then choose their purchases after the talk and don't forget they'll need time to eat in the new enlarged tea shop at lunch time.I'm taking a friend who missed the group trip in July on a visit as part of her birthday present in August and I know many of the group are planning to return as individuals.

This place is like a showroom of Roses . Wonderful to see so many roses looking so good.
The Rennaisance area is the most pleasant for me, but the rest has lots of lovely plants,especially at the top where the specie roses seem to be assembled.

Its a wonder this place hasnt been reviewd before !
