A thirteenth century castle, in red sandstone, with one of the great woodland gardens. The walled garden has been planted with roses and herbaceous plants.

Opening times Country Park open all year daily from 9.30am to sunset., Walled Garden open daily April to October from 10am to 4.30pm, and November to mid December Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 10am to 3.30pm.
