Reviews of Bicton College Garden & Arboretum

Having visited the garden 20yrs ago it inspired no end and my love of pittosporums was kindled, i have been collecting them ever since. My girlfriend and i were passing this weekend so we called in as i said how lovely it was...............what a shock i got to see the home of a national collection laying in such ruins, the site was deserted and there were so many weeds (brambles and nettles for starters), dead and dying plants the arboetum was a shambles, surely if this is a college for horticultural students it should be in tip top shape.
I would not rate the Garden at all but this site wont let me move on til i have at least given it one star but in my opinion that would be far too higher rating to give
