Parties / Large Groups
Group Packages are available for guests with 20 or more people. Groups are required to submit payment together in one payment to be eligible for the group rates. Two weeks noticed preferred for reservations. For group reservations, contact the Tour Coordinator at 800.247.8420 ext. 163.

Open House
Tour the Bellingrath Home, complete with its original furnishings and Mrs. Bellingrath’s extensive collection of decorative arts. Built in 1935, the 10,500 square foot home was designed by prominent architect, George B. Rogers. The style of the Home was dubbed “English Renaissance” by Rogers.

Parking
All Parking is FREE during normal operting business hours. Individual Parking -- Upon entering Bellingrath Gardens and Home, please follow the arrows into the main parking lot. For entrance to the Gardens, please visit the Entrance Building. Bus, Motorcoach and Camper Parking -- Upon entering Bellingrath Gardens and Home, please follow Bus and RV Parking Signs. Parking spaces are available for buses, motorcoaches and campers on the right side of the Entrance Building. Handicap Parking -- Upon entering Bellingrath Gardens and Home, please turn on the handicap lane. Parking spaces are available at the front of the parking lot located in front of the Entrance Building and are marked with handicap signs.

Disabled Access
Accessibility -- Preserving a historical structure such as Bellingrath Gardens and Home requires maintaining its original stature. Although all pathways throughout the Gardens are handicap accessible, the Bellingrath Home and Southern Belle River Cruiser are not. Additionally, strollers are prohibited in the Bellingrath Home and aboard the Southern Belle, but may be left at the entrance to the Home and on the Bellingrath Boat Dock. Wheelchairs are available for rental in the Entrance Building for $2.00.

Shopping
Completely renovated, the Bellingrath Gift Shop contains a variety of gift and souvenir merchandise specializing in Coca-Cola, gardening accessories and porcelain treasures. Throughout the year, the Gift Shop features gifts and accessories to compliment what is in bloom throughout the Gardens. From seasonal plants to rose gloves, from Mother's and Father's Day gifts to the perfect holiday gift and everywhere in between, the Bellingrath Gift Shop has a wonderful display of gift merchandise.

Restaurant
Beginning at 11:00 AM, lunch is served daily in the Magnolia Cafe. Soups, sandwiches and salads are a constant on the menu with specialty dishes featured throughout the year. The Cafe also offers afternoon refreshments and snacks, perfect for any time of the year. During Magic Christmas in Lights, dinner is served on a nightly basis, featuring a nightly special. Hot chocolate and hot apple cider are also perennial favorites during Magic Christmas in Lights and available in the Magnolia Cafe and on Live Oak Plaza. For special occasions, the 1,200 square-foot Magnolia Room is available for rental.

Picnic Area
Bellingrath Gardens and Home has a picnic area adjacent to the parking lot that is available to guests free of charge.

Pets
Pets are not allowed in the Gardens but Bellingrath Gardens and Home has a pet motel for guest to utilize during their visit. The kennels are available to guests free of charge. Locks are provided by the admission building with a valid drivers license. Water is available but guest will need to provide a bowl.

Special Events
Throughout the year, Bellingrath Gardens and Home hosts an array of special events and programs to highlight the various season and the rich history of Mr. and Mrs. Bellingrath. Explore a variety of special topic programs, such as Winter Wednesdays and Wonderful Wednesdays, with presentations from Bellingrath staff members. Enjoy a relaxing day during the annual Camellia Classic Car Show or marvel at the annual creations at the Festival of Flowers. Several children's activities are also featured throughout the year, includeing the Easter Egg Hunt, Fall Festival Family Fun Day and Kids Gardening Day. Additionally, the holiday season would not be complete without a visit to Magic Christmas in Lights. Featuring over 3 million lights and 603 displays, Magic Christmas in Lights illuminates the excitement of the holiday season.
