A very significant collection of some choice trees, shrubs and perennials.
The woodland area especially is a plantmans paradise, and probably worthy of about 3 visits a year especially in the late spring ,early summer to observe all the plant gems.
The nursery had a very good selection of good quality plants, although their on line nursery seems to stock unusual stuff.

Sub-tropical garden close to chesil beach.

the garden has plants from around the world.

the gardens are split into sub gardens (sino-himalayan garden, southern hemisphere garden) there are architcural features (summerhouse) and a series of ponds.

the old walled garden now features a colonial tea-house (pricey)

    fine hydrangea walk
