Abbaye de Roseland

Gardenvisit Editorial

The Abbaye de Roseland is in the valley of Barla and was never actually an abbey. It was built as a country house for one of the wealth Niçois families. There is a cloister made in the 1920s, using the remnants of older structures. The garden was designed by landscape architect Octave Godard. The restoration of the garden is proposed.
